- How much is shipping?
- UK Orders: Only £1 per order for most items and just £2 per order if you choose a bag or umbrella.
International Orders: Only £2.50 per order.
- How long does delivery take?
- Please allow around 1-2 days for delivery of most items.
Some, such as the charm bracelets, will take a little longer as these are made to order.
- Where do you ship to?
- Everywhere!! Hair dye cannot be sent abroad.
- How will my parcel be posted?
- It will be securely wrapped and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. International orders will be sent via Airmail.
- I want to buy items from the main Green Heaven site and from the Body Jewellery site - will everything go into one basket?
- At the moment, no. These sites should be treated as separates with separate shopping carts. However if you do order from both I will refund you any extra shipping you occur - no problem!
- Can I return my item?
- Green Heaven only sends items that are in perfect condition, but occasionally things can go wrong. Therefore returns are only accepted if items are faulty. If you have just changed your mind you won’t be eligable for a refund. But you could always just give the item to a friend!
- What are the silver chains made of?
- All chains, and findings, are silver plated unless otherwise stated.

- This site, Big Cartel, and PayPal are all very secure, but if you don’t have a card or want to see the items before you buy you can visit Green Heaven in Aberdeen.
